v2.144.820 October 2026
Find and Replace comes to decks
You can now replace text across a deck, adjust list indentation from the Bullets menu, and ask Riplo AI to work with colours across more slide objects. PowerPoint and PDF exports more closely match what you see on your slides.
Highlights
Find and Replace
Replace one match or every match in editable deck text. Formatting and links stay in place, and you can undo each replacement action in one step.
Closer exports
More charts, text styles and images now look as they do on your slides when you export to PowerPoint or PDF.
Broader colour edits
Riplo AI can read colours on shapes, text boxes, icons and lines, so a request to make colours consistent reaches beyond tables.
List indentation controls
Increase or decrease the indent of selected list text in text boxes, shapes and table cells from the Bullets menu.

New behaviour
6ai
- Ask Riplo AI to make colours consistent across shapes, text boxes, icons and lines, not just tables.
- Get a notice when a picture in an attached PowerPoint or PDF cannot be brought into an AI task.
find
- Replace one match or all matches in editable deck text from Find or a keyboard shortcut, keeping formatting and links and undoing each action in one step.
- See how many matches cannot be replaced because their content is locked or belongs to a master.
slides
- Select and move objects through the empty centre of a shape with no visible fill, while using its outline, text or handles to select the shape itself.
text
- Increase or decrease the indent of selected list text in text boxes, shapes and table cells from the Bullets menu.
Performance
2ai
- Large decks stay responsive while Riplo AI makes many edits in succession.
search
- Deck searches on Home and in the command palette return results faster in workspaces with many decks, especially for multiword searches.
UI
4find
- Replacing one match moves to the next and leaves you at the last replacement when no later match remains.
home
- The Home greeting follows your local time, showing “Hello” until your browser determines the right greeting.
slides
- Ctrl+Shift+H is now the shortcut for hiding a slide.
text
- Nested bullets inherit their parent paragraph’s spacing by default while keeping any spacing you set explicitly, including zero.
Bug fix
34text
- Text styled to capitalise each word keeps that appearance in PowerPoint.
- Arabic text joins and spaces correctly in PDF exports and slide images.
- Inline italics, underlining, strikethrough and text highlights carry into PowerPoint.
- PowerPoint exports no longer display markup that is hidden on the slide as visible text.
- Loose text outside paragraphs stays on one line in PowerPoint, as it does on the slide.
- Partly transparent text and highlights keep their transparency in PowerPoint.
- Horizontal rules remain visible in PowerPoint exports.
- Separate paragraphs within a list item or quote remain separate in PowerPoint.
- Paragraphs set to keep their whitespace retain that spacing in PowerPoint.
charts
- An upside-down clustered bar chart keeps its series in the slide’s order when exported to PowerPoint.
- An upside-down waterfall chart places its total labels over the correct columns in PowerPoint.
- Heatmaps keep their cell layout, label positions and outline colour in PowerPoint.
- Sideways stacked and 100% area charts export to PowerPoint with their on-slide appearance and editable labels.
- Mekko charts turned down or sideways keep their on-slide appearance in PowerPoint instead of collapsing to a strip.
- Scatter charts export to PowerPoint as separate markers rather than points joined by lines.
slides
- A PowerPoint slide with a text box that uses a negative inset now imports with its pictures.
- Double-clicking an indicator on a slide or in a table cell steps it to the next value and updates the slide’s key.
- See-through slide backgrounds look in PowerPoint as they do when presenting or exporting to PDF.
- Line widths and dash styles chosen from the toolbar stick even when the deck’s line style differs.
- Line colours chosen from the toolbar stick, including white or a colour that matches the deck’s text colour.
- See-through shape fills keep their opacity in PowerPoint exports.
images
- An image outline with only some sides switched on exports to PowerPoint with just those sides.
- A crop on a camera-rotated photo selects the right part of the picture in PowerPoint.
- SVG images stay sharp and keep their on-slide proportions in PowerPoint exports.
- Pictures embedded inside SVG images appear in PowerPoint exports.
tables
- Turning off bold for selected text in a table header leaves the rest of the cell unchanged and keeps your choice when you save, copy or export.
- Nested bullet spacing stays consistent when tables are sized and exported to PowerPoint.
- Lists in table cells keep the bullets, numbers and unmarked indents shown on the slide when exported to PowerPoint.
- Company logos selected for table cells appear as logos, rather than company names, in PDF exports.
ai
- Pictures in a PowerPoint or PDF attached to a reply in an existing AI task now appear in the slides it builds.
- Riplo AI continues a request and finishes the job if its thinking is interrupted mid-step.
editor
- The command palette’s options to present from the beginning or current slide now start the presentation.
exports
- An unreadable image is skipped instead of blocking an entire PDF export, and is also left out of the PowerPoint export.
find
- Editing a Find match keeps your text editing in place while counts and highlights update, and Next and Previous continue from your edited position.
