Layouts that keep your look

Riplo AI can rearrange more kinds of slides while preserving their styling, and it asks before rebuilding a slide you have edited. Deck-wide light and dark logos are easier to manage. PowerPoint imports and exports more closely match what you see in the editor.

Highlights

  • Style-aware AI layouts

Ask AI to rearrange a slide or switch its template without losing your colours and formatting. If it needs to rebuild a slide you have edited, it asks first.

  • Deck-wide logos

Set light and dark versions of a logo once for the whole deck. Riplo chooses the version that suits each slide or panel.

  • Easier AI attachments

Drop or paste a PowerPoint or PDF onto a slide to attach it for import in Riplo AI. You can also attach a PowerPoint when replying to an AI task.

  • Closer PowerPoint exports

Charts, shapes, tables and text retain more of their appearance when you download a deck as PowerPoint.

ai

  • Drop or paste a PowerPoint or PDF onto a slide to attach it in Riplo AI, ready to import.
  • Attach a PowerPoint when replying to a Riplo AI task.
  • When AI rearranges a slide, your colours, fonts, borders, bullets and other styling carry over while positions and sizes change.
  • AI can rearrange or switch templates for more slides, including those with hand-added shapes, chevron process tables and other charts and tables, without rebuilding them.
  • AI asks you to choose Rebuild or Keep before replacing a slide you have edited or built by hand.

templates

  • Set light and dark versions of a deck logo in the template editor, and update every instance of that logo at once.
  • Insert the shared deck logo on a template that does not already show one.

decks

  • Rebranding a deck with a company logo updates logos on existing slides and templates, including large marks and logos you placed yourself.

UI

10

templates

  • Deck logos use the appropriate version over dark slides or panels, with a plate to keep them readable when no dark-slide version is available.
  • New decks have refreshed closing and agenda slides.
  • The Placeholder or Decor control sits in a menu on the selected element and shows its current role.
  • Unavailable right-click actions explain why they cannot be used when you point at them.
  • Hovering over a content area layout shows a see-through preview instead of a solid block.
  • The margins control remains alongside the logo and zoom controls in a narrow template editor window.

ai

  • Attaching an empty file in chat now explains that it is empty and may need to be downloaded from cloud storage first.

editor

  • The toolbar adapts to its available space and stays on one line in the template editor.

exports

  • PDF exports look sharper when viewed on high-resolution screens or zoomed in.

slides

  • Content Riplo places or resizes leaves more room above the footer and page number.

Bug fix

charts

  • Thin segments in stacked bar charts show readable boxed value labels in PowerPoint instead of clipping them inside the bar.
  • Waterfall charts exported to PowerPoint no longer show white blocks beneath floating columns on coloured slides.
  • Gridlines remain visible behind waterfall chart columns in PowerPoint.
  • Line-series labels on bar charts sit above their points in PowerPoint and keep the line's colour.
  • A line-series label cut off at a chart's edge is left out of the PowerPoint export instead of being drawn over the line.
  • Multi-series waterfall charts keep each step's colour and label in PowerPoint.
  • Waterfall charts keep their legends, dashed connectors and column widths in PowerPoint.
  • Empty bars and segments no longer acquire stray zero labels in PowerPoint.
  • Chart axes in PowerPoint use the same steps as the slide instead of showing excessive gridlines and numbers.

slides

  • Text in ovals, right arrows and chevrons imported from PowerPoint wraps where it did in the original deck.
  • Outlined shapes imported from PowerPoint retain the size they had in PowerPoint.
  • Outlined shapes, text boxes and charts no longer appear slightly larger in PowerPoint than in the editor.
  • A thick outlined ring drawn over another shape covers it fully in PowerPoint.
  • Rotated icons keep their rotation in PowerPoint.

text

  • Labels in oval pills and circles that fit on one line in the editor stay on one line in PowerPoint.
  • Bold words, quotes and line breaks in table cells and text boxes stay on the intended lines in PowerPoint.
  • Text displayed in capitals by your theme also appears in capitals in PowerPoint without changing the words you typed.
  • Short labels beside markers sit at the same height in PowerPoint as they do on the slide.
  • Faded text stays faded in PowerPoint exports.

templates

  • Images in an organization template pack appear in every project that uses the pack.
  • Add-slide and template-library previews show the logo each slide will use, including logos over dark panels.
  • Replace image on a template picture now updates the picture when the template editor is opened from a deck.
  • A placeholder keeps its Click to add prompt when you switch templates or save after selecting it.

tables

  • Numbered markers inside table cells retain their numbers and colours in PowerPoint.
  • Company logos inside table cells appear in PowerPoint exports.
  • Rotated text in table cells keeps its rotation in PowerPoint instead of breaking letter by letter.

decks

  • Changing theme colours or slide backgrounds updates the light or dark logo choice on every slide.
  • A logo given its own background colour keeps that colour when its slide changes from dark to light.

app

  • The copy buttons in the Claude and ChatGPT connector setup guide work across the whole button.

exports

  • A completed PDF or PowerPoint export no longer shows a false progress error as its download begins.
