v2.141.412 October 2026
PowerPoint decks look more like the originals
PowerPoint imports and exports now preserve more of the charts, images, text and slide details you see in the editor. This release also adds quicker table controls, more ways to invite team members, and web photos in slides made with Riplo AI.
Highlights
Closer PowerPoint fidelity
Exported charts keep more of their labels, legends and annotations. Imported decks retain more of their original images, formatting and hidden-slide settings.
Tables at hand
Set row and column roles from their drag handles, and start chevrons on any row or column.
Invite full members
Admins can invite full members from Teams or a deck’s Share panel, rather than inviting them as guests first.
Photos from Riplo AI
Ask Riplo AI for a slide with a photo, and it can find a web image, save it to your project and fit it to the slide.

- Start a new chat from the Riplo AI task list even when the current slide already has tasks.
teams
- Admins can invite full members from Teams → Everyone and resend or cancel invitations that are awaiting acceptance.
- Admins can remove members as well as guests from the organization; their decks and projects move to the admin who removes them.
app
- After entering an emailed sign-in code, you can choose a new password or skip that step for now.
charts
- Set a chart legend’s entries side by side or stacked in any legend position.
images
- Change an icon’s weight from its right-click menu.
slides
- Page numbers in imported PDFs become live slide page numbers.
Performance
4home
- Moving between Home and All decks reuses deck thumbnails, and returning to All decks shows its list without a loading placeholder.
- Home shows its greeting and search sooner, then fills in deck cards and activity as they become ready.
app
- Signing in or creating an account gets you to the welcome page sooner while your welcome deck is prepared.
decks
- Copying a deck with images is quicker, and the copy opens with its images ready.
UI
27sharing
- People in the Share panel use the same pictures as on the Teams page.
- The Share panel’s Add and Invite button shows how many people you are adding.
- The Share panel and invitation email say whether an invitee will join as a guest or a member.
- Picking a person from Share suggestions closes the suggestions and leaves your cursor in the field.
- The Share panel puts link access first and the field for adding people under People with access.
- Your own deck no longer lists you as a person with access in its Share panel.
app
- Account creation shows what your password still needs as you type, and password fields have a show-or-hide button.
- Riplo email avatars stay round on phones, and the logo remains visible in Outlook’s dark mode.
- Copy buttons sit centred beside single-line code and connector addresses.
- Primary and destructive buttons show a visible focus ring when you reach them with the keyboard.
- When the consulting example is unavailable, onboarding shows where to request the firm’s AI playbook.
- Consecutive growth arrows on the same chart series form a continuous line, with total growth arrows above them when there is room.
- Growth arrows sit closer to chart bars and tuck in further on small charts.
- Growth arrow labels stay centred on their arrows.
- Growth arrows and change brackets avoid value labels outside chart bars.
- A change bracket stays above the growth arrow label when you resize a chart.
ai
- Attaching a PowerPoint deck to Riplo AI no longer asks you to choose how its slides should look; they keep the file’s colours and fonts.
- Setup instructions for connecting Riplo to Claude and ChatGPT include direct links and guidance for workspace admins.
- The Stop and Send button sits evenly inside a task’s reply field.
- Sources for a plan or suggestion you ran appear inside its card.
tables
- Table drag handles stay a consistent size, with role toggles arranged to fit beside small rows and columns.
- The table panel shows chevron settings only when the table has chevrons.
- The table right-click menu groups cell actions together and lists row actions before column actions.
editor
- On smaller laptop screens, the toolbar fits on one row and leaves more room for the slide; its less-used controls remain available from right-click menus.
- Other people’s cursors show initials until you hover to see their names, covering less of the slide.
home
- The Activity card uses its available space to show more recent edits and opens.
teams
- Avatars on Teams pages and deck cards use the app’s quieter colours.
Bug fix
52charts

text
- A styled lead-in at the start of a paragraph stays on the same line as the following text in PowerPoint exports.
- Text set to a named colour keeps that colour in PowerPoint exports.
- A new text box no longer changes height when first selected in a theme with tight line spacing.
- Square bullets appear in downloaded PowerPoint files.
- Arrange and autofit shortcuts work while you type in a text box without moving your cursor.
- Typing backticks, hash marks or other formatting-like characters in a text box leaves them as typed instead of changing the text’s format.
- Tightly fitted PDF titles import as editable text instead of pictures.
- Outlined text in imported PDFs retains its visible lettering rather than arriving as a hollow outline.
slides
- Slides hidden in an imported PowerPoint deck remain hidden when presenting and when exported back to PowerPoint.
- An imported PDF page’s headline fills the slide’s title field instead of leaving an empty title above a separate text box.
- Imported PowerPoint footers show their page number instead of a placeholder.
- Missing images reappear in slide thumbnails after a reload.
- PowerPoint slides containing pill-shaped labels import completely.
tables
- Dragging a narrow table column wider and back no longer lets it snap to a width that hides its text.
- Empty table rows and columns stop at their cell padding when resized instead of collapsing to a hairline.
- Imported PowerPoint table rows keep the height needed for their text.
- Imported PowerPoint tables keep their original cell spacing, so short headers do not wrap unnecessarily.
- Text in imported PowerPoint tables keeps the deck’s text colours.
editor
- Keyboard sequences that open a tool in the right panel return the panel to its previous state afterwards.
- Select similar finds matching indicators inside tables and includes table contents in its selection count.
- The shortcut for switching between Edit and Tasks no longer justifies text while you type.
- A new deck opens with the editing toolbar in the right panel even if you viewed AI tasks in another deck.
ai
- Photos added by Riplo AI keep their proportions and appear in PowerPoint exports.
- Text boxes added by Riplo AI keep their size when you first select them.
- A task step that recovers from a snag no longer shows as an error; only a failed task shows the error it stopped on.
sharing
- Colleagues in your organization appear in the share picker and on Teams → Everyone without having to sign in first.
- The Share panel explains when someone already has access or you have reached the invitation limit.
- The Share panel updates its guest list as soon as guests become members.
exports
- PowerPoint exports show your organization’s name instead of a placeholder in the copyright notice.
- Rounded rectangles keep their chosen corners in downloaded PowerPoint files.
images
- Vector charts and logos saved as metafiles in older PowerPoint decks appear as sharp images after import.
- Icons stored as SVGs in PowerPoint decks import as the visible icon instead of a broken-image placeholder.
clipboard
- Pasting a slide or table with images inside its cells brings those images into the deck so its thumbnails and PDF export work.
home
- Home’s slides-created count excludes the onboarding deck.
