v2.113.527 September 2026
Bring your files into Riplo and keep creating together
Riplo AI can recreate slides from attached files and continue a conversation from an earlier prompt. PowerPoint imports preserve more of the original, while teammates can edit different cells of the same table at once. Charts also gain finer controls for axes and labels.
Highlights
Recreate attached slides
Attach a PowerPoint or PDF to a Riplo AI prompt to bring its slides into your deck. Imported PowerPoints now retain more of their shapes, formatting, tables and charts.
Continue an AI prompt
Open a finished prompt tile and ask for a follow-up. Riplo AI keeps the earlier exchange in the same tile, even after a reload.
Edit tables together
Work in different cells of the same table at the same time as a teammate. You can see their typing live without interrupting your own.
Control chart details
Show or hide chart axis lines, labels and titles separately, and set the position of individual data labels.

New behaviour
29ai
- Attach a PDF or PowerPoint to a Riplo AI prompt to recreate its slides in your deck.
- Attach an image to a prompt and ask Riplo AI to recreate it or build from it.
- Send an image without a written prompt to have Riplo AI recreate it as a slide.
- Attach PDFs and PowerPoints regardless of their page or slide count; Riplo AI shows an estimated time for longer files.
- Attach PDFs and PowerPoints up to 50 MB to a prompt.
- Reply from a finished prompt tile to continue the same conversation about your deck, with the earlier exchange kept in the tile.
- Read Riplo AI's answer as it writes it.
- Keep Riplo AI working on a large deck-building or editing request for as long as it is making progress.
- Retry a failed prompt from its tile without writing it again.
- Keep prompt tiles after they finish or after a reload until you dismiss them, with Show changes still available on restored tiles.
- Right-click a prompt tile to stop it, dismiss it or dismiss all finished prompts.
- Refer to the current slide and your selection with phrases such as “this slide”, “here” and “these” in a Riplo AI prompt.
- Keep editing one table cell while Riplo AI fills in other cells in that table.
- Recreate PowerPoint tables as editable Riplo tables, keeping their formatting.
- Recreate PowerPoint charts as editable Riplo charts, keeping their series, colours and legends.
charts
- Show or hide an entire chart axis, or control its line, labels and title separately.
- Control the second Y axis's line, labels and title without changing which series it measures.
- Set a data label's position individually, for a series or across a whole chart.
- Use automatic placement to keep labels on scatter, bubble and line charts clear of nearby chart details.
- Select several labels, bars or points of the same kind and change them together.
- Shift-click chart parts to select a range in data order without including other kinds of parts.
- Double-click a chart's empty background to open its data sheet.
tables
- Edit different cells of the same table alongside collaborators and see their typing live.
- Undo your own table-cell edits without undoing a collaborator's work.
- Drag several selected icons, indicators or logos together into a table cell or onto the slide.
- Hold Option, or Ctrl on Windows, while dragging selected table marks to copy the whole selection.
app
- Check live service health and recent incidents on Riplo's public status page.
sharing
- Choose the slide a share link opens and previews, with a preview of the card other apps will display.
slides
- Press Home or End anywhere in the editor to jump to the first or last slide, except while typing in a text box.
Performance
2ai
- Recreating a PowerPoint finishes faster by copying its slides directly and reviewing only those that need more work.
- Follow-up prompts on a deck start sooner because Riplo AI does not need to relearn its editing tools each time.
UI
27ai
- An attached file shows its upload progress in the chat bar, and Send becomes available when the file is ready.
- Riplo AI's status names the slide and kind of work underway, while Show changes gives the number of slides changed.
- Prompt tiles appear as soon as you send, and an unsent prompt remains visible with its failure status.
- A prompt's details show your full request and clearly distinguish Done, No changes, Stopped and Failed.
- Older prompt tiles fold into a count that you can open instead of disappearing from the chat bar.
- A failed prompt explains what went wrong in plain language and shows how many slides changed before it stopped.
- Clicking an answer bubble opens its prompt, and the Cleanup prompt tile is labelled “Clean up slide”.
- The chat bar grows with longer prompts so you can see the lines you are typing.
- Repeated steps in a prompt's activity list appear as one current line rather than several identical lines.
- Riplo AI's working indicator follows the slide it is actually editing rather than the slide you sent the prompt from.
- Elements Riplo AI is editing have a light frosted overlay in place of the previous purple glow.
- Prompt tiles and the chat bar use quieter graphite styling.
- An element Riplo AI is working on identifies the agent as its editor when you click it.
- Riplo AI's recreated PowerPoint text uses your deck's font and is sized to fit the original line breaks more closely.
- Recreated PowerPoint shapes, text and backgrounds keep the file's colours instead of using the nearest theme colours.
- Recreated PowerPoint slides retain more of their formatting, including rounded corners, rotation and paragraph spacing.
- After recreating a PowerPoint, Riplo AI names anything it could not bring across.
- A longer attachment shows its estimated processing time so you can decide whether to keep it.
tables
- Icons, indicators and logos in table cells sit closer together with spacing that scales to their size.
- Table-cell icons and indicators fill their space like logos, so marks of the same size look more consistent.
- Dragging a mark out of a table cell hides the cell's anchor dots to make its destination clearer.
charts
- Chart settings panels use consistent section names, order and dividers.
- Chart points and line markers scale slightly with the chart's font size.
design packs
- The theme and template bar on a new deck fades in with its final picks instead of jumping or flashing into place.
- The new-deck style button distinguishes using the defaults from applying a theme or template you picked.
app
- The status page shows each service's official uptime figure and whether it is currently up.
editor
- The format painter uses a paintbrush cursor over shapes and text so you can see when it is active.

- Mixed-size PowerPoint text and chart labels retain their individual font sizes when imported.
- PowerPoint labels intended to stay on one line no longer break word by word after import.

ai
- Pictures from a PowerPoint recreated by Riplo AI retain their crop and circular frames.
- PowerPoint icons and custom shapes recreated by Riplo AI keep their drawn form instead of becoming boxes.
- Recreated PowerPoint tables keep merged cells, and empty tables are no longer omitted.
- Riplo AI reports a PowerPoint recreation as Done with Show changes when it has added slides.
- Riplo AI reports when an edit did not reach your deck instead of presenting an unchanged deck as a completed edit.
- Riplo AI can continue editing after changing an element without getting blocked by its own in-progress work.
- Prompts and progress appear live in both tabs when you have the same deck open twice.
- A prompt still running when you reload returns to its tile and shows how it ended.
- Dismissing a prompt tile in one tab removes it from your other tabs too.
- The working label appears when you open or reload a deck while Riplo AI is already editing it.
- Selected elements remain selected while you type a prompt and are passed to Riplo AI when you send it.
charts
- Imported PowerPoint charts with labels in separate text boxes show their bars, scale and highlighted colours.
- Chart axis numbers remain visible at the chart's edge, with consistent axis weight and title spacing.
- Data labels use the font size you choose instead of shrinking to fit a bar.
- Charts with a pinned axis range keep their axes, labels and bars inside the chart after a type change.
- A chart's category axis stays in its intended position instead of being draggable away from it.
- Copying a selected chart pastes the chart, including when you paste into another deck.
- The chart settings panel stays on screen for charts near the slide's left edge.
design packs
- The theme and template bar's countdown continues after you use one of its pickers.
- The theme and template bar stays closed once a new deck has been edited, even after undo or reload.
- Renaming a new deck no longer closes its theme and template choices.
editor
- Groups containing lines resize smaller again, and tilted lines keep their angle when the group is stretched.
- A resized group grows to fit a table when its text wraps, rather than letting the table spill over other items.
tables
- Typing a capital letter followed by Shift+Space in a table cell enters a space instead of selecting the row.
- Dragging selected marks from a table no longer selects the table's text.
exports
- Text in shapes keeps its line breaks and alignment in PowerPoint exports without adding blank lines.
home
- Slide counts and deck previews catch up with edits even while the deck remains open in another tab.
search
- Newly written slide text appears in search results while its deck remains open.
text
- Existing text boxes can be resized shorter than one line of text.
